Considered the champagne of teas. This Darjeeling is from the Ambootia Estate in India, a plantation that has been cultivating tea since 1861 and their leaves are both organically and bio-dynamically produced.
A blend of 1st flush, 2nd flush and autumnal leaves; this is a full-bodied, yet delicate, slightly sweet tea with a fine quality champagne aftertaste.
